For participants from mainland China, ASONAM 2011 will assit you to apply the Entry Visa of Taiwan. Please download and complete the following forms. Completed forms must be received before May 10, 2011.
If you need an invitation letter to apply visa, please contact Dr. I-Hsien Ting (iting@nuk.edu.tw) via email. (Only for whom have registered and paid the registration fee.)

Accommodation

We recommend you to stay in Garden Villa Kaohsiung. The conference will also provide frequent shuttle bus from the hotel to the conference venue.
The Ambassador Hotel Kaohsiung also provides discount rate for the conference participants. This hotel is located in the center of Kaohsiung City with revier view. (* The conference will NOT provide shuttle bus from this hotel to the conference venue)
The Splendor Hotel also provides special rate for the conference participants. This hotel is the banquet venue of ASONAM 2011, which is located near the Kaohsiung Harbor with amazing harbor view. It is also the highest building in Kaohsiung City. (* The conference will NOT provide shuttle bus from this hotel to the conference venue)

Tour (3-Day Enchanted Taiwan Tour)

The 3-day enchanted Taiwan tour of ASONAM 2011 is cancelled because there were only 8 people signed up for this tour, yet the minimal requirement is 20. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Free City Tour

ASONAM 2011 will arrange a half day free city tour to show you the hotspots of Kaohsiung city before the conference banquet. All registered participants are welcome to join the tour. Detail schedule about the free city tour will be announced here soon.
